If you’ve already purchased OmmWriter Gaia (from July 2017 onwards for Mac version, from December 2019 for PC version), you can get the latest version of the app for free here.
So, we suggest you try again, but from a different browser (some users have had problems with Safari, for instance). If you had problems downloading OmmWriter, it may be a browser-related issue. If you can’t update your operating system, then you should use the previous version of OmmWriter for Mac, called Dana II. If your Mac is running with OS X 10.9, OmmWriter Gaia won’t work properly. Presently we don’t have an iOS version of OmmWriter, but we’re working on it.
That’s why it’s no longer available at the App Store. There was an iPad version of OmmWriter, but it has not been updated for a long time, and unfortunately, it doesn’t work with the latest iOS 12.
